Fall Wildlife Hike at Greenwood Foundation’s Elk Ridge in collaboration with the Little Traverse Conservancy Saturday, October 5th

Join Greenwood Foundation staff as you hike their newly-acquired, and conservation easement-protected, Elk Ridge: A Wildlife Haven. Enjoy the fall colors on Elk Ridge as you hike this rolling and diverse property – keeping your eyes and ears open for migratory birds, wild turkeys and bugling elk.
Greenwood’s new Elk Ridge is near The Farmer’s Table Restaurant just east of I-75 in Wolverine.

Schedule a Group Event
Greenwood’s mission allows us to open our facility to select groups for education or scientific purposes. We welcome these groups to experience this beautiful property in its natural state. Greenwood has a small cabin or bunkhouse for groups interested in staying overnight or for a weekend. There are many trails to choose from for hiking, skiing etc. Come and enjoy the simplicity of nature!
OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS: Greenwood furnishes the atmosphere and groups bring their own sleeping gear and supplies.
-Small cabin: Sleeps 10-12 on bunk beds, Bunk House: Sleeps 16 on bunk beds. Overflow space for tents.
-For hands on learners, study in our nature classroom cabin in the woods.

GROUP RATES (10-35 guests): Cleaning fee only.
*This is a "no trace" facility, leave it as you found it, so we do not have to charge excessive fees.
